Return Policy:

Printed merchandise, samples, custom orders, or private label orders are non-refundable. Only goods that have not been altered, dyed, or processed in anyway can be considered for return. All items must be in original packaging to be considered for return. All claims must be reported within 5 business days from receipt of goods. A proper return authorization from Miami Style is required before any returned good is accepted. All returns requests must reference the invoice number prior to approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused and returned to the customer at his own expense. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise or refused orders including pick up orders.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations are subjected to Miami Style Inc. approval. Cancellations will not be accepted for work in progress, re-label production, or private label orders. Orders should be picked up within 5 days or orders will be restocked with a 20% restocking fee.
