    When was Miami Style founded?

    Miami Style was established in 1997 in Miami, FL.

    Where are Miami Style products made?

    We work with state-of-the-art, vertically integrated facilities in Bangladesh and China.

    Does Miami Style have retail stores?

    Miami Style is a manufacturer and wholesaler company. We recently decided to open an online retail store that is available 24/7.

    Do you offer screen printing services?

    We do not do in-house screen printing, but yes, we have the ability to contract screen printing services upon your request.

    Can I use your photography and media?

    Sorry, but the images in our gallery are not designed to be saved or redistributed. Contact us for any requests regarding our photography and media and we will be happy to assist you.

    What fabrics and materials do you use?

    Most of our products are made of 100% combed cotton. We also use cotton and polyester blend, cotton and spandex blend, and 100% mesh fabrics.

    Do you provide washing/care instructions?

    Each garment includes care instructions. They are also available in each product description on our website.

    Which items are best for screen printing or heat transfers?

    All of our products are screen-printing friendly, but we suggest you contact us if you’re unsure or for any questions regarding screen printing or heat transfers.

    How do Miami Style clothes fit?

    Our garments are designed to flatter almost any body type. Our styles are cut for a more youthful shape. For more details go to our size charts and specifications on each item description page.

    How do I get a catalog?

    You can view all our line in our website, but if you need a catalog sent to you click the link and follow the instructions. You can also call our office at toll free 1-877-805-1168 or 305-805-1168.

    Can I search an item by the style number from the catalog?

    Yes, you can locate an item by typing the style number from the catalog in the search box at the top right of the page.

    Can I access your wholesale prices?

    After you register and have been approved as a wholesaler you will be able to log in to view our wholesale prices in each item description page.

    Are there minimums?

    All our styles are pre-packed of 1 dozen or 6 pieces with all sizes in different ratios depending on the style. However, minimum order is one dozen of the same style and color.

    Can I order custom sizes and/or colors?

    PRIVATE LABELS

    For Private Label, can I choose my own sizes?

    No, all of our merchandise comes pre-packed by 6 pieces or 1 dozen in same color, different ratios. You can view the ratios on each items description page.

    What payment methods are available?

    ORDERING & PAYMENTS

    All orders are C.O.D. or Pre-Paid unless previously approved for credit terms. Standard approved terms are 30 days for those customers who meet the credit requirements. Certain orders may require a deposit. We accept cash, cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (a 3% customer convenience charge applies to all credit card orders).

    Is there any way to track my package? What is your shipping process?

    TRACK MY PACKAGE

    By clicking on the Track My Order option under the Help category. We use UPS Ground delivery for all of our U.S.A. shipments unless the customer provides different instructions. Shipping charges will be added to the customer invoice at checkout. For more information about Shipping & Handling, visit the Shipping & Handling option under the Help category.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, shipping outside of the U.S.A. can be made according to the rules and regulations of each country. For the list of countries we ship to click the link to visit our Shipping & Handling category.

    What are your case quantities?

    Miami Style sells products by the dozen. In some instances, we sell products by piece and by case. Our prices remain the same whether you buy by the dozen or by the case. Typically, one case comes with 12 dozen, or 144 pieces.

    How do I place an order?

    After you have been approved as a wholesaler, you can submit an order via phone, fax, email, or on our website.

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed for shipment it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to make a change to a recently placed order, you can send us a message or call us at toll free 1-877-805-1168 or 305-805-1168 as soon as possible. All cancellations are subject to Miami Style approval.
